Yoga Workshops

Sita will guide you through the fundamentals of her Regenerative Yoga Method of Practice. Focusing on breath and mental focus for healing the subtle bodies. You will learn proper body mechanics for Yoga and how to apply these principals into your life.

These hours apply towards the immersion program for Teacher Training
